With a cumulative 55 plus years of expertise, we have honed our skills across a spectrum of domains including residential and commercial construction, construction lending, remodeling, design, hands-on labor, and project management. Our professional journey has enabled us to manage and execute projects of varied scales, from ambitious multi-million dollar undertakings to accessible residential housing and intimate remodeling initiatives. Our proficiency is rooted in a deep and comprehensive understanding of construction, reflecting a seasoned, expert-level competence.

 

Our proficiency extends to the intricacies of construction financing, where we possess a robust grasp of the obligations that each stakeholder carries. We maintain a strong credit standing, ensuring our capacity to fulfill the financial requisites needed to support construction lending for seamlessly financed projects.

 

My background, AJ Baray, includes loan origination, processing, servicing and closing of over one hundred construction loans. This experience has ingrained in me the critical importance of customer service, clear communication, and the commitment to deliver products and services as per contractual agreements, all while adhering to the designated construction loan timeline. I am acutely aware of the financial responsibilities and liabilities that fall upon all parties involved.

 

My partner, Miguelangelo Rocha, embarked on his construction career at the age of 18 and, over the past four decades, has mastered every trade necessary to bring a construction project from concept to completion.  Miguelangelo was previously the head superintendent for New Element Construction for over 20 years. His exemplary track record includes overseeing hundreds of projects, all concluded within the stipulated time frames, to the full satisfaction of our clientele. His work has consistently generated referral business, a testament to the quality and reliability of his project management.

Our team comprises several employees who are masters of their respective trades, allowing us to perform the majority of work in-house, ensuring quality control and efficiency. Our longstanding professional relationship has been the cornerstone for BetterBuilt Remodel LLC, as we have continually delivered outstanding service for other companies before merging our strengths.
